Support for people with Usher syndrome
The Sense Usher Service is now being run by Deafblind UK.
Everyone supported by the Sense Usher Service will now have access to the wide range of specialist services provided by Deafblind UK, including counselling and support with technology.
If you’ve already used the Usher Service, you should have had an email or letter explaining the changes. But do get in touch with Deafblind UK if you have any questions, on 0800 132320 or [email protected]
Deafblind UK and Sense will continue to work together to manage referrals to each other to ensure that people with Usher are supported.
Sense will continue to work closely with children with Usher, and the charity Usher Kids UK, to provide support for children, young people and their families.
