About the activity
All your favourite sports such as football, tennis, badminton, rounders and snooker delivered in a completely accessible and person-centred way. Activities have been designed specifically for disabled people with complex needs and will be tailored to suit each participantโs individual needs.
Taking part in this activity will help you to develop coordination, balance and communication skills.
Who is this for?
This activity is suitable for disabled people with complex needs and open to children and young people aged 5 – 16 years.
About our activity leaders
The sessions are led by Andy and Charlene. Andy is an experienced inclusive sports coach based in Solihull, and Charlene is a member of the Cars Area Together team who have great knowledge and understanding of the local area. Carers and/or family are required to support participants within the session.
Accessibility
The sessions take place at Auckland Hall. There is free parking outside the venue, and step-free access to the building. There is a toilet with disabled access, but there is not a Changing Places facility available at this venue.
