About the activity:

An inclusive disco… with a twist! Dance, splash and socialise in Kempston Pool. This self-led activity brings together the joy of music and movement in water. Taking part in this activity will help you to improve mobility and social connectedness.

*Important* Due to pool capacity limitations, you will need to book a ticket for every person who attends the session (including siblings, parents, carers)

Who is this for?

This activity is created for disabled people with complex needs of all abilities aged between 18 – 28 years.

Who is the activity leader?

This activity has been set up to enjoy without an instructor or facilitator. There will be Leisure Centre staff and lifeguards on duty during this session but, support staff will be required to be confident in supporting disabled people with complex needs in the water.

Accessibility

The venue has an accessible toilet and changing room. As well as a ramp to access the pool. The pool is heated to 28 degrees.
