Sense Ambassador: Oliver Lam-Watson

Oliver Lam-Watson is a ParaFencing athlete with four Paralympic medals to his name, winning a silver and a bronze medal in both the Paris 2024 and Tokyo 2020 games. An athlete who likes to challenge himself, before taking us fencing Oliver completed a Spartan Race – a series of obstacle format races ranging anywhere from three miles to ultra-marathon distances.
Oliver is passionate about disability inclusion, and enjoys raising awareness and giving people an insight into his life on social media where he has a combined following of 50,000 across Instagram and TikTok. He is also an ambassador for Paralympic sponsor Allianz and a public speaker that delivered a TED talk in 2019.
It’s an honour to be made a Sense Ambassador. The charity has a rich 70-year history of supporting disabled people across the UK and throughout their lifetimes, and I’m particularly keen to support the charity with its inspiring Sense Active programme, that helps empower disabled people with complex needs to lead active and health lives.
