Join us today.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Our three-year plan is how we\u2019re going to deliver our strategy from 2026-29.<\/strong> Our strategy will be here for a long time, whereas we will be revising and reviewing our plan each year together to ensure we are focusing on the right things and having maximum impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This plan focuses on laying stronger foundations across Sense by transforming our services and systems. We know we\u2019ve got work to do to make sure our services are the best they can be and to invest in modernising our digital systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are already doing brilliant work, but this plan will help take us to the next level. It focuses on four priority areas to help us do that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list is-style-pink-blob-counter\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"#leadwith\">Lead with lived experience<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"#strengthenour\">Strengthen our services<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"#drivesocial\">Drive social change<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong><a href=\"#investin\">Invest in our people, processes and systems<\/a><\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-title-primary\" id=\"leadwith\">Lead with lived experience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Too many disabled people with complex needs are shut out of decisions that shape their lives. We\u2019re changing that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the next three years we will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-primary-bullets\">\n<li>Shift power to disabled people with complex needs by embedding co-production at the heart of the way we work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure lived experience shapes decisions at every level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increase the number of disabled people working at Sense.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be the go-to organisation for co-production, sharing expertise and shaping best practice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-pink-blob-counter is-style-title-primary\" id=\"strengthenour\"><strong>Strengthen our services<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We already deliver expert, life-changing services across the UK. Now it\u2019s time to strengthen them and make sure they\u2019re fit for the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the next three years we will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-primary-bullets\">\n<li>Expand our support so we\u2019re there at every stage of life. Offering the right help, at the right time, in ways that work for each person.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Move our services onto digital systems to improve support and drive social change.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grow our support where demand is rising like youth transitions, family support, virtual support and accessible technology.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team up with brilliant partners to deliver programmes that help more people live full, connected lives for longer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-pink-blob-counter is-style-title-primary\" id=\"drivesocial\"><strong>Drive social change<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Disabled people with complex needs are still being held back by broken systems and outdated attitudes.
