towards<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0:05:10.040,0:05:11.640<br>a much more inclusive system<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0:05:11.640,0:05:14.800<br>across the board, especially in mainstream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0:05:14.800,0:05:18.000<br>And there are three new layers of support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0:05:18.000,0:05:18.960<br>That they are proposing lists,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0:05:28.640,0:05:30.680<br>and this is really delaying<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0:05:30.680,0:05:33.880<br>and reducing outcomes for children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0:05:33.880,0:05:36.160<br>So a big proposal here is around<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0:05:36.160,0:05:37.320<br>bringing experts<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0:05:37.320,0:05:38.680<br>closer to mainstream<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0:05:38.680,0:05:42.960<br>through a \u00a31.8 billion investment in experts,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0:05:43.520,0:05:45.960<br>that mainstream schools can access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0:05:45.960,0:05:47.200<br>So again, we&#8217;ll talk through that<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0:05:47.200,0:05:48.760<br>a bit more in a
