Pravjoth, 24, who has cerebral palsy, was an advocate for disabled students during her time at Birmingham City University, where she organised the university\u2019s first ever Disabled Student Conference. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A finalist at last year\u2019s Inspirational Youth Awards, Pravjoth also runs the \u2018Our Rights Podcast\u2019 and founded a small business called Movement Fitness and Nutrition, where she works with disabled people to create personalised fitness and nutrition plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\t<div class=\"wp-block-hs-group    margin-bottom-4xl\">\t\t<div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\">\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote is-style-primary-tint-10 has-x-small-font-size\"><blockquote><p>I\u2019m delighted to be asked to be a judge for this year\u2019s Sense Awards.
