Featuring in titles including Vogue Magazine and Channel 5\u2019s Adults Only, Roxy\u2019s candid and dynamic advocacy aims to empower chronically ill people and challenge exclusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2025, she was awarded an Honorary Doctor of the University in recognition of her work in disability rights and public engagement. Roxy, 37, who was diagnosed with MS in 2014, has worked as a stylist and walked the catwalk at London Fashion Week. She is the founder of The Sick and Sickening podcast, which shares unfiltered experiences about disability and chronic illness, from pain management to sex positivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\t<div class=\"wp-block-hs-group    margin-bottom-4xl\">\t\t<div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\">\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote is-style-primary-tint-10 has-x-small-font-size\"><blockquote><p>I\u2019m really thrilled to be asked to be a judge for this year\u2019s Sense Awards.
