About the activity<\/h4>\n

A drama-inspired class delivered by a visually impaired teacher, this class offers the chance to exercise both the mind and body and have lots of fun! Taking part in this activity will help you to develop coordination and balance whilst also providing the opportunity to socialise with others.<\/p>\n

Who is this for?<\/h4>\n

This activity is suitable for disabled people with complex needs aged 18+.<\/p>\n

Who is the activity leader?<\/h4>\n

These sessions are run by Norma Pearson, an experienced dance and drama teacher who also participates in our Telephone Pilates and Yoga classes. She is friendly, enthusiastic and considerate.<\/p>\n

Accessibility<\/h4>\n

The sessions take place via the telephone so participants will just need access to their own phone and have the ability to put it on loud speaker. You will be automatically called at the start time and will need to press the number ‘1’ when prompted.<\/p>\n
