Using hand held apparatus such as balls, Ribbons, Hoops and Ropes.<\/p>\n<p>Taking part in this activity will help you to develop your health and fitness,\u00a0posture, coordination, balance, flexibility and build confidence.<\/p>\n<p>Sessions take place 16:15 &#8211; 17:00 at Adswood Community Centre, 231 Garners Lane, Stockport, SK3 8Q<\/p>\n<h4>Who is this for?<\/h4>\n<p>This activity is suitable for both beginners and those with previous experience in sport. All activities will be suitably modified to suit the participant. This activity is suitable for adults aged 18+ with complex disabilities and\/or sensory impairments.<\/p>\n<h4>About our activity leader<\/h4>\n<p>This activity is led by Kerry, Stockport Gymnastics Club. She has lots of experience in coaching and working with people with complex disabilities.
