The Local Offer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Local Offer is a local authority\u2019s information about the provision expected to be available across education, health and social care in their area for children and young people who have special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). This includes those that do not have an education, health and care (EHC) plan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Local Offer should give clear, comprehensive, accessible and up to date information about the support available and how to access it.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Local Offer is for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-primary-bullets wp-block-list\">\n<li>Children and young people with SEN and\/or disabilities from 0-25 years.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Their parents and carers.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practitioners and professionals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Local Offers can be found online. They can be part of a local authority\u2019s website or on a separate site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can find a Local Offer by searching for \u2018SEND\u2019 or \u2018Local Offer\u2019 on a local authority website or by searching for the area name and \u2018Local Offer\u2019 on Google.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/find-local-council\">Find your local authority.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.
