We\u2019re here for you, across north and south Wales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sense hubs in Denbigh and Caerphilly<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sense hubs are accessible day centres that bring the community together. What that looks like is up to you.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perhaps you want to play bingo, splash around in your local pool or simply go to see your GP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We support our clients with things like:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-secondary-bullets\">\n<li>Reading their mail and making telephone calls.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taking part in social clubs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exercise and leisure activities.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shopping.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We also offer one-to-one support for people living in residential care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019d like to talk about how we can support you, please <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sense.org.uk\/places\/sense-cymru-wales\/contact-sense-cymru\/\">get in touch<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sense.org.uk\/our-services\/support-for-adults\/community-support\/\">Read more about community support from Sense.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Supported Living<\/strong> in Tonypandy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sense.org.uk\/our-services\/support-for-adults\/supported-living\/\">Supported living<\/a> is for people who want to live independently, but still need a bit of extra support.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer Supported Living for disabled people with complex needs in Tonypandy, Rhondda Cynon Taff.
