It often means they may experience unique barriers and need significant support in their daily lives to communicate, develop new skills and live more independently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sense also offers practical information, advice and support to carers and families of disabled people with complex needs, supporting them to build the resilience to thrive, not just survive.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we stand for<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;re here to break down barriers alongside disabled people with complex needs.
