It inspects <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sense.org.uk\/our-services\/support-for-adults\/residential-care\/\">Sense Residential Care<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sense.org.uk\/our-services\/support-for-adults\/supported-living\/\">Sense Supported Living<\/a> services to make sure they\u2019re safe, effective and high quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On this page, you\u2019ll find the ratings of all Sense services that have been inspected by the CQC since October 2014.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are four possible ratings: <strong>Outstanding<\/strong>, <strong>Good<\/strong>, <strong>Requires improvement<\/strong> and <strong>Inadequate<\/strong>.<br><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cqc.org.uk\/\">Find out more on the Care
