Write or update your Will for free
Write your Will with a local solicitor
You can have a simple individual Will made or updated through the National Free Wills Network.
You don’t have to leave a gift to Sense to use this service, but we hope you’ll consider it. Gifts in Wills are vital to the work we do to support disabled people with complex needs.
If your Will is more complicated, there might be an additional charge, but your chosen solicitor will explain any costs to you.
You can get remote appointments if that’s more convenient.
Fill out your details and the National Free Wills Network will send you details of participating solicitors nearest to you.
Please note the solicitor you choose will write the Will, not Sense. Sense won’t get a copy of the Will and we won’t be told what’s in your Will, unless you ask your solicitor to do so.
Write your Will online
Farewill is the UK’s number one Will writing service to quickly and easily write your Will online.
All you need to do is visit the Farewill website, and use the voucher code Sense-Website at checkout to claim your free Will.
Once you’ve finished, one of Farewill’s experts will check your Will within five working days. When your Will is ready, you can download, print and sign it with two witnesses to make it legal.
Alternatively, you could continue to make free, unlimited updates for up to a year. After that, you can choose to pay £10 a year if you’d like the option to update your Will any time.

Have an expert come to you
Through the Goodwill Partnership, a trained counsellor can visit your home and take your instructions at a time convenient for you. Your Will is then checked and provided directly to you by one of their panel of solicitors.
